As for the rest of the airports, many travelers highlighted problems with the immigration clearance process, citing long lines and inefficiency. In addition, complaints about the dim lighting at the airport, which creates a negative atmosphere, were common.

In contrast, Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, Vietnam, was the best airport in Asia and globally, scoring a commendable 6.8. Travelers praised Noi Bai Airport for its rich and comfortable travel experience, demonstrating the stark contrast between the best-performing airports and those that lag behind in terms of quality and service.
