Kempinski Expands Luxury Presence in Dubai with Two New Landmark Hotels
Kempinski Hotels has significantly enhanced its presence in Dubai by partnering with Abu Dhabi National Hotels to rebrand two iconic properties. The renowned luxury hotel brand marked a new era on 1 January 2024, by raising its flag over Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai, previously known as Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall, respectively.
This expansion into Dubai, which has been one of Kempinski's most successful destinations in 2023, BreakingTravelNews reports, underscores the brand's ambition to establish a dominant position in the Middle East's luxury hotel sector.
Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, a 72-storey urban resort in Downtown Dubai, is just steps away from attractions like the Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and the Burj Khalifa. The resort boasts 198 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, and residences with contemporary décor and neutral tones that reflect Dubai's modern ambiance. The property is equipped with technological innovations and fine furnishings, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The hotel's dining experience is a highlight, with a collection of beautiful dining rooms offering modern brasserie-style cuisine. The 760-sq-m spa is an oasis of calm, providing a wide range of rejuvenating treatments and signature experiences. The resort also features three swimming pools and a kids’ club with a comprehensive program of games and learning experiences.
Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai, connected to The Dubai Mall, offers 245 luxurious rooms and suites. Each room combines understated elegance with ambient lighting, artworks, and touchpad technology controls. The hotel's private balconies offer unmatched views of Downtown Dubai and the city skyline. The dining venues at Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai cater to diverse culinary tastes, ranging from modern Middle Eastern cuisine to international dining.
The award-winning spa at Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai offers a variety of signature rituals and treatments designed to enhance wellbeing. The hotel's expert therapists provide customized experiences to cater to individual needs and preferences.
René Nijhof emphasized that these two landmark hotels embody modern Arabian luxury and European elegance, reinforcing Kempinski's longstanding presence and trust in the Middle East. Khalid Anib, CEO of Abu Dhabi National Hotels, expressed delight in partnering with Kempinski, a brand synonymous with European hospitality excellence.
Kempinski's expansion in Dubai includes the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, and the upcoming Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai, slated to open in 2025 as the first standalone Kempinski private residences in the region. This expansion further solidifies Kempinski's position as a luxury hospitality leader in the Middle East and globally.
