Emirates announces three additional flights from Dubai to a popular Asian country
Dubai-based Emirates Airlines has announced that it will increase the number of flights to Seoul in South Korea. In 2024, passengers will be able to buy about a thousand more tickets each week.
According to the Khaleej Times, the new flights will be operated from February 19, 2024, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This will meet the demand of passengers travelling from the UAE to the South Korean capital.
Flight EK324 is expected to be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. It will depart Dubai at 4:45 a.m. and land at Seoul Incheon International Airport at 6:05 p.m. The return flight EK325 will depart Seoul at 22:00 and arrive in Dubai at 1:35 the following day.
The change will increase passenger traffic between the countries by at least 1,000 people per week.
Seoul is reportedly one of the most popular East Asian destinations among UAE tourists. Including the additional flights, Emirates will operate 10 flights between Dubai and Seoul per week.
The carrier launched its first flights to the South Korean capital back in 2005. Since then, the destination has only been developing and becoming more and more popular.
