Starting from Hong Kong on selected long-haul flights, travelers in premium cabins can now enjoy a menu of 16 reimagined French classics. In First class, passengers are treated to an appetizer of Obsiblue prawns, followed by choices like steamed Chilean sea bass and chicken ballotine, culminating in a dessert of raspberry and pistachio financier. Business class offerings include braised Iberico pork belly and pan-seared beef tenderloin, among others, ensuring that all passengers experience the pinnacle of inflight dining.
