Bypassing New York traffic: JetBlue introduces free helicopter transfers to the airport
JetBlue Airways, a low-cost American airline, offers its customers to get from Manhattan to JFK International Airport or Newark Liberty Airport by helicopter. Thus, the company provides its customers with the opportunity to reach their desired destination much faster, bypassing the congestion of the metropolis.
This concept was made possible after JetBlue Airways partnered with BLADE Urban Air Mobility. This was reported by Travel And Tour World.
It is noted that business class passengers who book flights arriving or departing from New York's John F. Kennedy or Newark airport will be able to take advantage of this offer. The airline said that JetBlue passengers will be able to use the free transfer until March 3, 2024.
In addition, passengers with Mosaic 4 elite status will be able to use the free helicopter transfer up to 4 times. Passengers will receive detailed flight instructions via email after booking the flight.
The cooperation between etBlue and BLADE is expected to have a significant impact on tourism in New York City by integrating luxury helicopter transfers into everyday life, making the city more accessible for visitors.
