Ennismore wants to open the SO/Ras Al Khaimah resort in November 2025. This will be the brand's first all-inclusive resort in the UAE. The resort will have 257 rooms and suites with views of the sea. It will be located at the entrance to Al Marjan Island. The resort's design captures the spirit of Ras Al Khaimah by combining the warm colors of the desert with the calm beauty of the coast. Inside, soft sandy colors mix with blues that remind you of the ocean. Natural materials like light wood and elegant bronze accents add to the look.

The resort includes several restaurants, a rooftop bar, a spa center with a fitness area, as well as facilities for social events, business meetings, and private celebrations. Ennismore states that the project seeks to merge the brand’s modern design philosophy with the region’s cultural character. The resort will add to Ennismore's growing portfolio of all-inclusive properties around the world and will be part of the company's strategy to further expand into new regions and travel markets.

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah's location provides easy access to many of the emirate's most popular attractions. Al Marjan Island is renowned for its wide sandy beaches, picturesque promenades, and quiet spots ideal for peaceful walks and water activities. Just a few minutes away, visitors can find Al Hamra Mall, Al Hamra Golf Club, and Al Hamra Marina. Each features a lively mix of shops, cafés, and entertainment spots. These attractions provide year-round enjoyment for both locals and visitors.

Beyond the island, visitors can explore the diverse scenery and numerous attractions that Ras Al Khaimah presents. The Ras Al Khaimah National Museum, located in an ancient coastal fort, gives guests an insight into the history of the emirate and the traditional crafts that have shaped its culture. Jebel Jais, the highest peak in the UAE, attracts visitors with its hiking trails, panoramic roads, and a variety of outdoor adventure activities. The nearby historic village of Jazirat Al Hamra offers a preserved example of pre-oil era Gulf architecture and culture.

The opening of the SO/ Ras Al Khaimah hotel reflects the steady growth of the emirate's hotel sector, which is driven by a steady increase in visitor numbers. In 2024, Ras Al Khaimah welcomed a record 1.28 million visitors, underscoring its growing importance in the region's tourism strategy. The opening of this resort underscores ongoing initiatives to diversify accommodation options and attract a wider range of international travelers to the northern Emirates.
