easyJet is preparing to open its next summer 2027 booking window, giving customers their first chance to secure flights across the busiest holiday weeks. The airline uses demand-led pricing, so fares often begin lower when a new batch is released and rise as popular dates fill. The launch is likely to attract families planning around school holidays, although the cheapest price is not guaranteed on every route.

What easyJet Is Releasing

  • Release date: 28 July 2026
  • Travel period: 14 June–26 September 2027
  • Seats: Almost 14 million
  • Flights: More than 78,000
  • Launch time: Not confirmed
  • Pricing: Demand-based, with no starting fare announced

easyJet has not confirmed the exact launch time, but previous releases have appeared at around 6am or earlier. MoneySavingExpert says prices can rise within hours when demand is strong, making early checking worthwhile. Customers should still compare the final fare with rival airlines for the same journey and dates, as baggage, seat selection and other extras can change which option is actually cheapest.

The booking window covers the main summer holiday period, including late June, July, August and much of September. It will allow earlier planning for beach breaks, city trips and visits to friends or family across easyJet’s short-haul network. A complete list of routes and starting fares has not been published ahead of the release, so the available destinations and prices will depend on each departure airport.

Booking at launch may help with popular dates, but there is no guarantee that every seat will be cheapest tomorrow. Travellers should check school calendars, accommodation prices and cancellation conditions before paying, particularly for trips more than a year away. Comparing the full cost matters too, since luggage, transfers and seat fees can easily outweigh a small saving on the basic flight.
