A woman criticized the airline Air India for a failed flight: details
Shreity Garg expressed her disappointment by criticizing the airline for poor service. She paid 4.5 lakh Indian rupees for the tickets.
The woman described the terrible situation in detail, showing how she had to use a flashlight to help her child not be afraid of the dark due to broken overhead lights, writes Times Travel.
When you pay a round sum of money for an airplane flight, you expect comfort and high service. But you don't get it. The same thing happened to Shreity Garg, a passenger on an Air India flight from Delhi to Toronto, whose trip turned into an unfortunate ordeal.
Talking about her journey from Delhi to Toronto, the passenger was disappointed with the flight. Her list of complaints was long and fair. Among them were malfunctioning entertainment systems, broken seats, and faulty overhead lights.
In her social media post, Garg complained about the many non-functional elements during the trip. She regretted not taking a picture of the broken seat handle, which was dangerous for her toddler due to exposed wires. Garg claimed that despite her complaints, the airline's staff did not respond to them or provide a satisfactory answer.
Even after numerous complaints from the crew and staff, Garg claimed that no action was taken, suggesting that an attempted system reboot failed to fix the existing problems. All these problems left the family with two young children helpless.
Also in the video, the dissatisfied passenger said that the carrier has high ticket prices and does not provide conditions for safe travel with children. The post garnered a lot of publicity, with over 2.8 million views. And in the comments, users expressed their agreement with Shreity.
