The TikTok star accidentally booked an entire hotel in Bali for a week
A curious incident occurred to a TikTok user named Jas, who works as a social media manager. It turned out that she mistakenly booked an entire hotel in Bali for a week, but intended to book a vacation spot on Airbnb.
It all started when Jas decided to book a place for seven people "a year in advance" for a family vacation. As she mentioned on her TikTok, she accidentally booked a hotel for about $3,000 a week instead.
The woman explained that the property was booked a year in advance, and before that, she gave her grandparents the opportunity to choose a vacation spot. However, she added that she was worried that her reservation might be canceled or the price raised because she paid a lower price.
As it turned out, a week before her vacation, she spoke with the owner of the property and learned that it was under new management. The owner informed her that the prices, rooms, and amenities had changed since her initial booking. They were amazed at the lower booking amount and wondered how she had secured such a deal.
Upon her arrival at the destination, the owner of the accommodation informed her that more guests would be joining them because she had obtained it at a "special price". However, the woman objected: "I just booked it. No one explained that there would be other people here." She stated that the owner canceled the reservation of another guest after realizing her concerns.
In the end, the woman had the entire small hotel to herself. "It's a huge royal villa, like a small hotel," Jas said. She added that the property had about 12 bedrooms, a full-time bartender, a kitchen, a chef, and a restaurant.
On her Instagram, Jas mentioned that she and her family really enjoyed their trip to Bali. "Flying my whole family in business class to Bali... it's always been a dream of mine. My grandparents are very impressed with everything, and even on rainy days, they sat in the villa; my grandmother says she feels like she is in heaven," she wrote.
