The Maldives solemnly welcomed the first tourist of 2024
It's nice when tourists are treated with hospitality, and it's twice as nice when they are met at the airport and a special celebration is organized in honor of this. This is exactly what happened to the British Benjamin Duncan Moore. He became the first tourist to the Maldives in 2024.
He arrived on the morning of January 1 on a flight from Abu Dhabi. This is his first visit here. This was reported by Visit Maldives.
The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/ Visit Maldives) could not miss such an event, so it organized a celebration in honor of this. Benjamin was solemnly welcomed at Velena Airport by representatives of the Ministry of Tourism and the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/ Visit Maldives), as well as representatives of the Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL).
The first tourist of 2024 received a free vacation from Crossroads Maldives with stays at SAii Lagoon Maldives and Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, and other special gifts were presented, including from the Ministry of Tourism, MMPRC, MACL, Maldives Immigration and Dhiraagu.
