Qatar Airways and Qatar Tourism have invited media and travel agents to Doha for a comprehensive discovery trip to showcase Qatar as a leading travel destination. With the help of Discover Qatar (DQ), Qatar Airways' destination management company, travelers can take advantage of stopover packages in Doha, adding an exciting level to their journey.

The initiative was highlighted at a press event in the bustling Msheireb district of downtown Doha, presided over by His Excellency Mr. Saad bin Ali Al Harji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism Authority, and Engineer Badr Mohammed Al Meer, CEO of Qatar Airways Group, according to travelandtourworld.com.

In an effort to position Doha as an important connecting point, Qatar Airways and DQ have prepared a number of unique packages for passengers traveling through Qatar Airways' extensive network of more than 170 destinations.

All packages are accompanied by a convenient 24-hour check-in service, allowing visitors to stay in Qatar as long as possible.
