Scheduled to open its doors in the second half of 2025, the Kimpton establishment in Sicily marks a milestone partnership with Società Turistica Alberghiera Taorminese, enriching IHG’s rapidly expanding luxury and lifestyle portfolio, now ranked as the world's second-largest.

Amidst IHG's strategic focus on the Italian market, exemplified by six luxury and lifestyle openings and signings in 2023, this latest venture underscores the company's commitment to investing in key regions. With upcoming launches in Turin, Trieste, and Rome's first Vignette Collection property, Hotel Alexandra, slated for 2025, IHG's footprint in Italy is poised for exponential growth.

Nestled in the enchanting hilltop town of Taormina on Sicily's eastern coast, the forthcoming Kimpton property promises to seamlessly blend heritage with Kimpton’s hallmark style, characterized by its distinctive design-led experiences and personalized service.
