Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled its robust growth plan for 2024 and beyond, spotlighting an unprecedented expansion across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East (EAME). This strategic move, buoyed by a record year of deal signings in 2023, aims to solidify Hyatt as the go-to brand for discerning travelers, customers, and owners. The impressive pipeline, boasting 127,000 rooms globally, marks a nearly 40% increase from Hyatt's current portfolio, with key focus areas including Spain, the UK, Italy, Portugal, and Greece.

This expansion includes the launch of AluaSoul Costa Adeje in Tenerife, Spain's largest Canary Island, and Palace de Muro in Alcúdia, Mallorca. Both resorts, owned by Stoneweg, are set to redefine luxury travel in the region. AluaSoul Costa Adeje, opening in late 2024 after a comprehensive renovation, promises a 226-room paradise on the Adeje coast. Ideal for a lively getaway, it offers guests a blend of excitement and tranquility. Meanwhile, Palace de Muro, a tranquil 184-room resort near Albufera natural park, is poised to offer a serene retreat on the pristine beaches of Muro Beach, Alcudia Bay.

The 2024 expansion also features more than 70 properties across Hyatt's diverse brand collections. The Timeless Collection, including Park Hyatt Johannesburg and Park Hyatt London River Thames, offers a home-like experience in key markets. The Boundless Collection, with properties like Thompson Rome and Thompson Vienna, aims to provide unique and inspiring experiences. The Inclusive Collection is set to grow with luxury all-inclusive resorts like Dreams Madeira Resort, Spa & Marina, and Zoëtry Halkidiki Resort & Spa, catering to the evolving preferences of travelers.
