In celebration of its 35th anniversary, Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is hosting a spectacular culinary event at its renowned Adorn Bar & Restaurant on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Situated on the seventh floor of the hotel, Adorn Restaurant offers an unparalleled fine-dining experience, boasting ingredient-driven cuisine with innovative flavors and presentations, all while overlooking the iconic Magnificent Mile.
The highlight of the evening will be a special four-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Richie Farina, featuring Chicago culinary community leaders and esteemed Hotel Chef alumni including Carrie Nahabedian, Sarah Stegner, Kevin Hickey, and George Bumbaris. Each chef will craft a course showcasing their culinary expertise and legacy at the hotel, focusing on early spring produce to tantalize guests' palates.
The gastronomic journey will commence with Chef Nahabedian's tantalizing White Asparagus dish, elevated with blood orange maltaise sauce, candied Meyer lemons, morels, and spring greens. The culinary extravaganza will culminate with Chef Farina's indulgent Short Rib accompanied by spring vegetable "risotto" and a delectable puffed beef tartare bite on wheatgrass.
To add to the experience, the Adorn team will present a captivating dessert activation to conclude the night on a sweet note. Tickets for the Seasons of Culinary Excellence dinner are priced at USD 235 per person, with an optional curated wine pairing available for an additional USD 60 per person.
