For comfort in case of flight delays: Zurich Insurance teams up with Klook
Zurich Insurance, a Swiss insurance company, is teaming up with Klook, a popular booking platform, for the comfort of its customers. The result of the companies' joint work will be the FlyEasy service, which should make travellers' experience easier in case of flight delays.
Thus, passengers whose flights will be delayed for more than 2 hours will be able to claim free access to the waiting room at airports around the world. This was reported by Insurance Business America.
It is noted that the new service will operate on Zurich Edge technology, which prioritises customers and offers them the necessary benefits. Thus, in the event of a flight delay that meets the established criteria, passengers will receive notifications by e-mail and SMS with an access code to the waiting room.
In the absence of such a code, the customer can take advantage of the offer within 6 months in any other airport lounge.
"FlyEasy underscores our commitment to providing innovative and differentiated solutions that meet the needs of our customers in real time. This seamless, technology-driven approach provides maximum convenience for our customers, allowing them to enjoy their travels as we provide them with peace of mind and turn uncomfortable flight interruptions into more enjoyable experiences, as well as save them from complex claims processes," Roopa Malhotra, Head of Customer Experience and Digital, Asia Pacific, Zurich, said.
