The Chinese family sold their apartment and moved permanently into a hotel room
A Chinese family of eight has chosen an unconventional lifestyle, residing in a luxury hotel room in Nanyang, Henan province, for 229 days.
Paying $140 USD per day, the family finds this lifestyle convenient and cost-effective. Mu Xue, a family member, stated that they are content with their current life and have no plans to leave anytime soon, according to Newsbytesapp.com.
The hotel suite occupied by the family comprises a living room and two adjoining rooms with two single beds each. Additionally, the suite includes a living room furnished with a TV, sofas, chairs, tables, and essential items such as clothing, food, and water.
Mu Xue clarified that the hotel offered them a discounted long-term rental rate, enabling all eight family members to comfortably reside in the room.
Furthermore, the family is exempt from additional expenses for parking, heating, water, electricity, and other utilities as these costs are included in the room price.
Interestingly, they sold their apartment to permanently relocate to this luxurious hotel.
