Warsaw Gets 12 New Ryanair Routes

Ryanair has announced its largest winter 2026 schedule for Warsaw, with 46 routes across Modlin and Chopin airports. The airline says annual traffic across the two airports will rise to 4 million passengers. The expansion adds 12 new routes in total and gives the Polish capital a wider winter network for city breaks, leisure trips and visits to friends or family.

At Warsaw Modlin, Ryanair plans to strengthen its main Warsaw base, where the airline is adding aircraft and more winter capacity:

• 2 more based aircraft, taking the local fleet to 8
• 30 winter 2026 routes
• 5 new destinations: Bratislava, Bristol, Manchester, Shannon and Zagreb
• Annual traffic of more than 3.2 million passengers, more than double the previous level

At Warsaw Chopin, Ryanair plans to expand its presence at Poland’s busiest airport, adding more low-cost routes alongside the existing network:

• 16 winter 2026 routes
• 7 new destinations: Bari, Bologna, Catania, Liverpool, Naples, Turin and Venice
• Around 800,000 passengers a year
• 52% traffic growth

The new routes give Warsaw-based passengers more direct winter choices without relying only on connecting airports. Modlin adds links to the UK, Ireland, Slovakia and Croatia, while Chopin strengthens access to northern and southern Italy. Bari, Catania, Naples and Venice could be useful for off-season city breaks, coastal trips and family visits outside the busiest summer months.

Ryanair’s winter expansion gives Warsaw a wider low-cost network at a time when many seasonal routes usually fall away. The 12 new destinations add more room for weekend trips, family visits and off-season travel across Europe. With extra routes at both Modlin and Chopin, Warsaw passengers will have more direct options through the winter months.
