TUI Expands Schedule from Paderborn/Lippstadt
TUI has opened bookings for its summer 2026 flight programme from Paderborn/Lippstadt Airport, confirming a familiar mix of Mediterranean destinations and the arrival of a new airline. The Greek islands remain central to the schedule, with Aegean operating TUI’s first flights to Rhodes. Freebird continues to serve Heraklion and Kos, and Eurowings and SunExpress will again cover Palma de Mallorca and Antalya as part of TUI’s package holiday offering.
Flight Programme Highlights
Greek islands stay at the core of the schedule:
- Aegean joins the airport for the first time to operate TUI flights to Rhodes.
- Freebird keeps its Heraklion and Kos routes.
- Eurowings and SunExpress continue to operate services to Mallorca and Antalya.
Start of the season: 8 May 2026:
- Heraklion flights begin earlier than in previous years.
- Heraklion will have four flights a week.
- Rhodes and Kos will run once a week.
- Mallorca and Antalya will appear several times a day within TUI’s package programme.
- Mallorca alone offers more than 800 hotel options, from Alcudia family resorts to long-established favourites such as Robinson Club Cala Serena.
Airport Managing Director Roland Hüser noted that TUI remains an important partner for Paderborn/Lippstadt, highlighting the early start to next summer’s programme and the strong relationship built over many years. This collaboration, he said, supports a broad and stable selection of summer destinations, with the airport preparing once again for a high number of TUI-operated departures and arrivals throughout the season.
Holidaymakers gain easier access to several popular regions thanks to the new schedule:
- The Greek islands offer beaches, historic towns, and walking routes.
- Mallorca’s range of resorts makes it suitable for families, couples, and sports-focused travellers.
- Antalya continues to attract visitors with its coastline, market streets, and day trips to nearby ancient sites.
Regular flights on the main routes make it easier to choose the length of your holiday, whether it’s a week, ten days, or something in between.
These additions give people in the region a wider choice of holiday plans without travelling far for their departure. Aegean’s arrival brings a fresh option for reaching Rhodes, and the mix of familiar partners ensures steady links to long-established favourites. As summer 2026 shapes up, passengers flying from Paderborn/Lippstadt can expect a straightforward route to several warm-weather destinations, whether they prefer quieter islands or busy coastal resorts.
