The low-cost carrier PLAY will connect Lithuania with Iceland

Starting May 25, passengers from Vilnius Airport will be able to fly to Reykjavik. The flights will be operated once a week on Saturdays by PLAY Airlines, which is commencing its operations in Lithuania.

PLAY Airlines has also opened an office in Vilnius since the end of 2021, and the company performs part of its business and administrative functions from Lithuania. Ticket sales have already been announced on the airline's official website. The airline operates flights on new and modern Airbus A320 or Airbus 321neo aircraft," writes Made in Vilnius.

The airline's CEO emphasized that Iceland and Lithuania still have a close historical connection.

In this case, we are pleased to be able to offer Lithuania our flights to Iceland.
