Stagecoach has launched a new initiative to make bus travel more convenient and cashless with the introduction of the MegaRider ticket. Available for purchase onboard, online, or via the Stagecoach Bus App, this ticket allows passengers to travel without the need for cash, enhancing the ease and efficiency of their journeys.

For frequent travelers, the MegaRider ticket is a game-changer. Whether commuting to work, exploring the city, or taking day trips, passengers can now enjoy unlimited travel without worrying about carrying change. This seamless travel experience caters to the needs of modern-day commuters and adventurers alike.

The MegaRider offers both 7-day and 28-day tickets, providing substantial savings of up to 40% compared to daily ticket purchases. This makes frequent bus travel not only more convenient but also more affordable, encouraging people to choose public transport over other means.

The MegaRider tickets are loaded onto Smartcards, which can be topped up online and become active within two days of purchase. Registering the Smartcard protects it in case it is lost or stolen, providing an added layer of security for users. This ensures that the investment in the MegaRider is secure and worry-free.

This move by Stagecoach marks a significant step towards modernizing public transportation, offering passengers a hassle-free and economical way to travel. The MegaRider not only simplifies the payment process but also aligns with the growing trend of cashless transactions in various sectors.
