Southwest Airlines has announced a new partnership with the U.S. National Park aimed at protecting and developing national parks for current and future generations. This strategic collaboration, announced at a press conference at Southwest's headquarters in Dallas, Texas, is focused on expanding access to the country's natural attractions. As part of this partnership, Southwest plans to actively engage its customers by offering them unique opportunities to visit over 400 national parks across the country.

The U.S. National Park is the official charitable partner of the National Park Service, dedicated to protecting and enhancing America's national parks for present and future generations. The foundation actively works to preserve historical and cultural heritage, supporting various environmental and educational initiatives. Through its activities, the National Park encourages public engagement with the parks, making them accessible and attractive to all visitors.

Chance to Win a Trip to Bozeman in the Summer of Go Sweepstakes

This week, Bozeman is the featured city in Southwest Airlines' Summer of Go Sweepstakes. Until July 29, customers can enter the sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize package that includes round-trip airfare for the winner and one guest, 5,000 Rapid Rewards bonus points, a two-night stay at The LARK hotel, a $250 Visa gift card for booking activities and adventures, and a three-day car rental from Budget Rent a Car.

Special Giveaways on Select Flights

To celebrate the partnership launch, Southwest Airlines will surprise passengers on flights from Denver to Bozeman, Montana, and from Denver to Fresno, California. Passengers will enjoy national park trivia and gifts, including co-branded Southwest and National Park water bottles, as well as complimentary "America the Beautiful" passes, which cover entrance and standard amenity fees for more than 420 national park sites.

Support the National Park with Rapid Rewards Points

Southwest customers who wish to support the National Park can donate their Rapid Rewards points through the "Points for a Purpose" program. These donations will help the National Park ensure everyone can enjoy and create long-term connections with magnificent national parks. The partnership also aligns with Southwest's charitable focus on mental health and well-being.

This partnership highlights Southwest Airlines' initiative to increase accessibility to national parks across the United States. By collaborating with the National Park Foundation, Southwest aims to provide more travel opportunities for its customers while supporting the preservation and enhancement of these natural sites.
