Riyadh Air Opens London Sales
Riyadh Air has opened public ticket sales for its Riyadh-London Heathrow service, with full-service flights on its new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners starting on 1 July 2026. Tickets are now available through the airline’s website, app and selected travel providers. The route will link King Khalid International Airport with Heathrow Terminal 4.
The airline says the service is part of its wider plan to build Riyadh into a stronger international hub. Passengers booking the London route will also be able to connect with destinations named by Riyadh Air, including Jeddah, Cairo and Dubai, while further routes are expected to be announced later as the network grows.
Flight Times and Cabins
Riyadh Air will operate the route daily with the following schedule:
- RX401: Riyadh 02:35 - London Heathrow 07:30
- RX402: London Heathrow 09:35 - Riyadh 18:05
The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner will have four cabins: Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy and Economy. Seats across the aircraft will include Bluetooth audio and USB-C charging, while the entertainment system will offer films, TV series, music and wireless listening.
The route gives UK-based visitors a direct way to reach Saudi Arabia’s capital, including the historic Diriyah area, museums, restaurants and modern business districts. It also gives Saudi travellers a new full-service option into London, with Heathrow offering easy access to central London, rail links and onward travel across the UK.
The launch matters because Riyadh Air is moving into public sales on one of the most competitive long-haul markets. The schedule works well for an early London arrival and an evening landing in Riyadh, which may suit both short business trips and longer holidays. Loyalty perks through Sfeer could also make repeat bookings more attractive.
