Starting from 16 December 2025, a new direct flight route between Palermo and Warsaw will operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The service operated by Wizz Air with Airbus A321neo aircraft is part of the airline’s wider plan to enhance connections from Southern Italy to Central and Eastern Europe. This development aims to improve travel options for residents and visitors of Sicily seeking efficient international routes.
The addition of Warsaw to Palermo’s flight network addresses a growing need for more direct and accessible travel links. This new connection offers several benefits for travelers:
