New One&Only Project in Yasawa Islands Offers Island Access for Visitors
Kerzner International Holdings Limited has revealed plans for its first One&Only resort and a community of Private Homes on Nacula Island in Fiji’s Yasawa Islands. The resort is set to open in 2029, with Private Homes going on sale this November. The development combines global hospitality planning with Fijian investment support through a partnership with BSP Life of BSP Financial Group.
The resort’s location and design have been planned to integrate with the island’s natural environment while providing a range of facilities for visitors. The planned resort will occupy 127 acres of coastline on Nacula Island, characterized by:
- White-sand beaches and clear turquoise waters
- Dense tropical vegetation surrounding the property
- Accessibility by seaplane in approximately 30 minutes from Fiji’s international airport
- Various accommodation options, including rooms, suites, and villas
- Dining facilities and a wellness centre
- Private Homes for longer stays
- Design integrating with the natural environment and elements of traditional Fijian craftsmanship
