Humano, Lima, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel has opened in the Miraflores district, becoming the brand’s first location in the Peruvian capital. The hotel is located in one of Lima’s most recognisable neighbourhoods, known for its coastal views, cultural venues and active city life. Its concept draws on the character of Miraflores, connecting the stay with the surrounding area and everyday rhythm of the district.

The property includes 157 guestrooms across several categories, including Superior King, Superior Twin, Junior Suite and Signature Suite, as well as options suitable for families. The rooms are arranged for different types of visits, whether short stays, longer trips or combined work and leisure travel. Guests stay within walking distance of local streets, cafés and public spaces in this central coastal part of Lima.

“Humano opens as a place where guests can experience Lima from a genuine and local perspective, with hospitality that feels natural and personalized. We want every visitor to feel part of the community and every stay to become a meaningful moment."
Ricardo Echeverri, Vice President, Owner & Franchise Services for Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America

Social areas within the hotel include Entrañable, a rooftop grill restaurant, and Café de Lima, both intended as gathering places that reflect the energy of the neighbourhood. Additional facilities include a rooftop pool, wellness services and flexible event spaces. These shared spaces are intended as places where guests can spend time and connect with the atmosphere of Miraflores.

Nearby Places in Miraflores

  • Local cafés, galleries and small design shops
  • Parks located along the clifftop promenade

Miraflores gives easy access to coastal viewpoints and public spaces overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The area has pedestrian-friendly streets, parks and a variety of local restaurants and cafés. Staying in this area makes it convenient to explore architecture, gastronomy and everyday city life close to the seafront, without needing long transfers across the city.

Another international hotel opening in Miraflores highlights Lima’s position as a destination where urban culture meets the Pacific coast. Accommodation that connects guests with neighbourhood life may appeal to those looking beyond typical tourist areas. The growth of hotels in this district shows how location can shape the way visitors experience the city.
