New 67-Room Luxury Hotel Coming Near Madrid’s Gran Vía
IHG Hotels & Resorts is adding a new luxury address to central Madrid, with San Bernardo, Vignette Collection scheduled to open in March 2028. The 67-room hotel will occupy a partially protected heritage office building on Calle de San Bernardo, close to Gran Vía. The project will retain key architectural features while converting the property into a Vignette Collection hotel with contemporary interiors and guest facilities.
Plans include an internal courtyard, all-day dining, a lounge and bar, and fitness facilities.
