Data from the March 2025 survey also highlights that Booking.com inflates prices on other airlines. A seat on an easyJet flight, which costs £7.49 when booked directly through the airline, was being offered for £10.46 via Booking.com, reflecting a 40% increase. Airfares also saw unjustified markups, with a flight listed at £98.53 instead of the airline’s direct price of £84.99.
