Disney Expands Evening Hours with New Attraction

On July 17, 2024, Disney's Magic Kingdom will officially open a new attraction, the Country Bear Musical Jamboree. It will be available during Extended Evening Hours from 10 p.m. to midnight for guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select hotels.

The next Extended Evening Hours are scheduled for the same day as the official opening of Country Bear Musical Jamboree, allowing guests to be among the first to see the new attraction. During Extended Evening Hours, guests can expect fewer visitors and shorter lines for popular attractions.

Country Bear Musical Jamboree will not be available for Early Entry, which allows guests of all Walt Disney World Resort hotels to enter the park 30 minutes before the official opening time. Frontierland, where Jamboree, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad are located, remains closed during Early Entry.

This initiative is part of Disney's strategy to enhance the experience for guests staying at higher-end hotels. Extended Evening Hours allow for enjoying attractions with shorter lines and a more relaxed atmosphere. For tourists planning to visit Magic Kingdom in July, this is a great opportunity to experience the new Country Bear Musical Jamboree as part of the Extended Evening Hours.
