Belmond is unveiling two exciting initiatives at Photo London 2024 to boost the travel photography scene. The luxury travel brand is launching an annual Photographic Residency to support emerging photographers and introducing a new series of limited-edition art books.

The Photographic Residency aims to discover and nurture new talent in travel photography. Winners will receive opportunities to create and exhibit their work, offering fresh perspectives on travel. Additionally, a series of art books featuring renowned photographers like Coco Capitán, Rosie Marks, and Letizia Le Fur will be released in collaboration with RVB Books.

These books and an accompanying exhibition will showcase innovative views on travel and culture, moving beyond traditional depictions. The residency is open to photographers of all nationalities and ages, focusing on those without representation by agents or galleries. A global jury of experts, including Simon Baker and Carla Sozzani, will select the winners.

These initiatives highlight a dedication to promoting the arts and cultural exchange, aiming to inspire new ways of seeing and experiencing travel through the transformative power of photography.
