Bangkok Unveils Riverside Venue Combining Thai Culture and Dinner
The Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort on the banks of the Chao Phraya River has opened a new venue called Sala Lakorn, which is open daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The venue combines a buffet dinner with a live theatrical performance, creating an integrated cultural and culinary experience. The main feature of Sala Lakorn is The Eternal Siam, a production developed with Thai artist Manop Meejamrat, known as Kru Nai, who has been awarded the Silpathorn Award for Performing Arts. The show presents Thai history from ancient times to the modern era, combining contemporary dance, traditional Nang Yai shadow puppetry, and visual storytelling techniques.
