Air Serbia Adds New Route to Seville
Air Serbia has opened a new nonstop link between Belgrade and Seville, giving Belgrade a new direct connection to the Andalusian capital. The route launched on 30 September and becomes the airline’s eighth destination in Spain. It works both for short breaks in Seville and longer trips around southern Spain, while also giving connecting passengers through Belgrade another way into Andalusia without routing through Madrid or Barcelona.

Air Serbia has confirmed two flights a week, with its current booking calendar showing Wednesday and Saturday services. Exact timings should still be checked for the chosen date. At Seville Airport, the EA bus runs into the city from 04:30 until 00:05 and costs €6 for a single journey, giving arrivals a straightforward public-transport option without hiring a car.
The new flight also works as a starting point for more than Seville itself. The Cathedral, Giralda, Royal Alcázar and Archive of the Indies form the city’s UNESCO-listed historic core, while Triana and Plaza de España are easy additions to a short stay. Seville Santa Justa station also has direct rail links towards Córdoba and Cádiz, opening up simple add-on trips elsewhere in Andalusia.
The route is useful, but the twice-weekly pattern means dates will matter more than on a daily service. A long weekend can work well if the flights line up, while travellers with fixed plans may still find one-stop options more convenient. The bigger gain is direct access to Seville itself, cutting out a connection and making southern Spain easier to reach from Belgrade and Air Serbia’s wider network.
