A Major New Luxury Stay Lands in Bangkok

Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit is opening its food and entertainment offer in stages. Harper’s, AELA Social Bar and CAYA Pool Club are already part of the hotel, while the Wiggle Room supper club is due in mid-September. Two more restaurants are expected in December on levels 32 and 33, including a rooftop venue with Bangkok skyline views and concepts focused on Thai and Italian-Japanese cuisine.
The hotel also includes a spa, yoga, cardio and strength-training spaces, a Kids Club and pet-friendly rooms for animals weighing up to 30 kilograms. Fairmont Gold bookings include a separate reception, lounge and concierge service. Visitors can use the hotel as a base for areas such as Chinatown, Bangkok’s riverside districts, Lumphini Park and the city’s major temples - Wat Pho, Wat Arun and Wat Phra Kaew.
Its Sukhumvit location puts guests close to a wide choice of restaurants, shopping and nightlife, while connections across central Bangkok make it possible to combine a stay with sightseeing elsewhere in the city. Those booking during the first months should check which hotel venues will be operating during their stay, particularly if rooftop dining or Wiggle Room is part of the plan. The phased openings make the date of a stay more important than usual when comparing the hotel with other Sukhumvit options.
