This Midcoast town named one of the most beautiful across the country
A town on Maine's Midcoast has been named one of the 20 most beautiful in the entire country by Travel + Leisure Magazine. The town in question is Camden.
It has long attracted many cryptominers and tourists. It's not strange because the city has a stunning harbour filled with old schooners, fishing boats and windjammers. 92moose writes about it.
The waterfront has tons of restaurants with mind-blowingly delicious food and incredible views of Penobscot Bay, as well as the Curtis Island Lighthouse.
Main Street, which is always bustling with life and it's full of small stores, hotels, and restaurants, is right above the waterfront.
The entrance to Camden Hills State Park, where Mount Betty is located, is just a few minutes from downtown. Climbing to the top is an easy hike. There is also a car road for the lazy ones. You can see all of Camden and the bay from the top.
