TAP Cuts Fares to Canada, US and Brazil
TAP Air Portugal has launched a transatlantic fare promotion covering Canada, the United States and Brazil, with bookings open until 27 July. The campaign targets trips after the summer peak, when dates are often easier for city breaks, family visits and longer stays. A separate Miles&Go deal also cuts the mileage cost of Brazil award tickets for a shorter booking period.

The cash promotion covers TAP Air Portugal and TAP Express Economy flights, with seats limited by availability and bookings made online. Both outbound and return travel must fall between 1 September 2026 and 31 March 2027. The separate Miles&Go Brazil offer gives members 30% off TAP-operated award tickets, starting at 27,650 miles, but it must be booked by 14 July for travel by 31 August 2026.
Before paying, check what the fare includes. The lowest price may not cover checked baggage, seat selection or flexible changes, and refund rules depend on the ticket type. Flexible dates will usually have a better chance of matching the advertised fares, while school holidays and Christmas weeks may be harder to find at the lowest price.
The sale gives Europe-based passengers more reason to look at autumn and winter trips across the Atlantic. Canada works for Toronto and Montreal visits, the US offer can help with Boston, New York or Miami plans, while Brazil keeps cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Recife in play for warmer-weather escapes outside Europe’s colder months.
