Stewardess talks about passengers' habits that annoy and cause ignorance
Although customers are almost always right by default on board an aircraft, sometimes there are misunderstandings between flight attendants and passengers that cannot be resolved.
This was told by Marika Mikusova, a flight attendant who wrote the book "Diary of a Flight Attendant", where she reveals the truth about what aviation employees really think, the Mirror. reports.
According to her, flight attendants are most annoyed when passengers abuse the bell.
"Abusing the bell will definitely get you ignored, so please don't do it. You never know if you will need medical assistance, and we will not respond after a few cases either, as we will intentionally ignore you," she explained.
Another habit that annoys flight attendants is to resolve disputes among themselves with the involvement of staff.
Marika advises passengers to communicate with each other and find solutions without the crew having to make an effort. She said: "You're adults, so come on, just talk to your fellow passenger about how you prefer a window seat. And don't fight over the counter above your seat."
