Qatar Airways Introduces AI Digital Human Sama 2.0

Qatar Airways will feature its innovative AI-powered digital human cabin crew, Sama 2.0, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai from May 6 to 9, 2024. This year's ATM, under the theme 'Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship,' will witness a significant leap in travel technology with the introduction of Sama 2.0.

Sama 2.0 represents the latest in AI advancements, designed to enhance customer service by providing real-time interactions and tailored travel solutions. This digital crew member can assist with frequently asked questions, travel tips, and detailed information about Qatar Airways' destinations and services.

The introduction of Sama 2.0 at ATM Dubai 2024 is part of a broader initiative by Qatar Airways to integrate more digital solutions into their customer service, aiming to streamline passenger experiences and set new standards in airline hospitality. This event will also see the debut of Qatar Airways' new exhibition pavilion at the Dubai World Trade Center, which promises an immersive exploration into the airline’s premium offerings.

In addition to the digital showcase, the event will offer attendees a VR experience to explore Qatar Airways' aircraft interiors and facilities like the award-winning Hamad International Airport and its luxurious lounges.
