Minnesota 2024 waterfowl stamp contest winner announced

The winner of the Minnesota 2024 Waterfowl Stamp Contest has been announced. It can be purchased with a hunting license or as a collector's item.
This year's winner is artist Mark Kness of Albert Lee, Minnesota. The contest is held annually by the Department of Natural Resources, reports lnforum.
The acrylic painting shows ring-necked ducks.
The second place winner was Jake Levisen of Austin, Minnesota. He painted ducks with acrylics with a circular neckline.
Third place went to the work of Steven Hamrick of Lakeville, Minnesota, with a ring-necked duck painted in acrylic on illustration cardboard.
