Milan Linate Gets a New Hilton Stay

Hilton will bring its Spark by Hilton brand to Italy for the first time with a new hotel near Milan Linate Airport. Spark by Hilton Milan Linate Airport is being developed under an agreement with ELE Spa and is due to open later this year. The 118-room property will also take Hilton’s Italian portfolio into the premium economy segment.
What the hotel will include
Spark by Hilton Milan Linate Airport is planned with practical rooms and shared spaces aimed at short stays and airport trips:
- 118 guest rooms with streamlined furniture
- Daily breakfast buffet with coffee, juice and bagels
- Complimentary still and sparkling water
- 24-hour retail market
- Outdoor pool, gym and three meeting spaces
“We’re excited to be working on our fifth project with Hilton and to be launching Spark by Hilton in Italy. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for us, and we look forward to opening the property later this year and welcoming guests to Milan."
The hotel will sit about 500 metres from Milan Linate Airport, with the terminal reachable in around 10 minutes on foot or five minutes by car. Milan city centre is around 12 minutes away on the M4 metro line, while Milano Centrale railway station can be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes by car.
The location makes the hotel useful for early flights, late arrivals and short Milan visits where airport access matters. It also keeps central Milan within easy reach, including the Duomo, shopping streets, business districts and train connections for Lake Como, Bergamo or other northern Italian trips. Business travellers also get meeting space close to the airport without staying far outside the city.
The opening gives Milan Linate another hotel option at a time when airport convenience and price matter more to many guests. It is not a luxury launch, and that is the point. The property is aimed at people who need a reliable base near the terminal, with quick access to Milan rather than a complicated transfer after landing.
