Kerzner International has revealed plans to open a new One&Only resort in the Hudson Valley, New York. This will mark the brand's second U.S. location, following the upcoming One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana. This new resort joins a growing effort to bring more high-end travel experiences to the Hudson River Valley, a region that's steadily gaining attention from visitors and culture lovers alike.

The resort will be located on the campus of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, covering 21 acres of scenic land. Only about 90 minutes from New York City, this place is a great option when you need a break from the city but still want to be near Rhinebeck’s vibrant cultural scene. The project will feature upscale lodging, thoughtfully designed to blend wellness elements with premium, experience-driven stays. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy serene surroundings while also taking part in various cultural and culinary offerings that the region is known for.

The project will also introduce a selection of private residences under the One&Only Private Homes name. These exclusive homes will offer residents a combination of privacy and access to the resort’s amenities. Access to fully outfitted kitchens and nearby culinary programs from the CIA gives both guests and residents a chance to explore fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Well-equipped kitchens and close access to the CIA’s culinary offerings give guests and residents the opportunity to enjoy gourmet dining in a laid-back setting.

The resort will also emphasize wellness, with facilities like the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, offering guests an immersive health-focused experience. The resort mixes a focus on wellness with luxurious stays, offering travelers a peaceful place to relax, recharge, and feel their best. With its emphasis on health and well-being, plus the chance to explore local food traditions, the resort stands out as a great choice for anyone looking for a meaningful and memorable getaway.

This new One&Only resort reflects our commitment to wellness, learning, and hospitality, and marks the start of a meaningful partnership with Kerzner.
