Disney World has raised ticket prices for 2025: what is known
Walt Disney World recently announced the availability of tickets until October 31, 2025, and the lowest price for a one-day visit to the park has increased from $109 to $119. (Disney has not raised prices at its flagship resort in Orlando, Florida, since December 2022).
According to the Disney ticket price calendar, the last day when visitors can visit the park for $109 is September 26, 2024, Travel + Leisure writes. The publication noted some of the most expensive one-day tickets to the Magic Kingdom for $184 for a visit in 2025 on the Disney calendar. The Park Hopper ticket, which gives access to several parks in one day, costs $247.
Don Munsil, who operates the travel website MouseSavers.com, said: "In the past, Disney has simply raised prices on all tickets at once, rather than introducing new prices by adding new dates to their calendar... So, this new strategy is interesting because all 2024 prices have remained the same."
Despite the increase in park ticket prices, travelers will have opportunities to save money through promotions. "Walt Disney World also significantly increased discounts after the last ticket price increase in December 2022," said Tom Bricker, author of the Disney travel blog.
Walt Disney World regularly updates a special webpage with offers, promotions, and discounts. The theme park is currently offering up to 30% discounts on hotels for extended stays and special offers for US military personnel.
As reported by TravelWise, Disney trips have become so complicated that tourists pay for lessons in planning them.
